Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That the commissioners named in the act to which is ^an^ amendment, or a majority of them, shall proceed to survey, mark and locate said road from Quincy to Farfield in Adams County, and from thence to Macomb in McDonough County, according to the provisions of the act to which this is an amendment, previous to the first day of August next.
