Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That so much of all state and county roads, leading to and from the town of Bloomington, as lies within the recorded limits of the same are hereby vacated and annulled.
Sec 2. All that part of the state road, leading from Grafton to Chicago, as lies and between Bloomington and Sugar Creek in McLean County is hereby vacated and annulled.
This act to take effect from and after its passage.
