Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General assembly That the provisions of the act passed at the present session of the General assembly incorporating the Kaskaskia Bridge Company, which requires the company to permit the citizens of the county of Randolph to pass free from toll, are hereby repealed
