Amend the Amendment of the Select committee by adding the following.

Sec[Section]That the public binder elected at the present session of the General Assembly, shall thirty days prior to the meeting of the Legisla[ture] of 1842-3, enter into bond in the penal sum of three thousand dollars to the Secretary of State Auditor and Treasurer, that he will bind all laws and stich all journals, or other binding that may be required to be done by that General Assembly, by the Govenor, or by either of the officers of State.
