An act to establish a State Road from Peoria, in Peoria County to Knoxville, in Knox County: and also from Hen Peoria to Hendersonville.
Whereas by an act of the General Assembly of the State of Illinois approved the 31st day of January 1837, entitled “An act to locate a State Road from Peoria, in Peoria County to Knoxville, in Knox County and for other purposes” and on the 10th of February 1837 entitled “an act to establish a State Road from Peoria to Hendersonville” Commissioners were appointed to locate said Roads, and whereas said Commissioners
therein appointed, did proceed to view[,] survey, and locate said Roads, and make suitable plats, and, returns of said Roads
to the several County Commissioners Courts through which the said Roads passed which
were approved of and accepted by the said Courts and therein made a matter of record:

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly: That the said plats and surveys as accepted by the said Courts be, and the same
are hereby declared to be legal, and valid, in all respects and shall not be set aside
or held to be void and of no effect on account of any informatity in said plats, surveys &c: and the said Roads as laid of[off] and located by the said Commissioners agreeably to said plats and surveys shall be
deemed and considered State Roads, any law to the contrary notwithstanding, and the supervisors of the several Districts through which the same may pass are
hereby required to open, work, and keep the same in good repair as the law requires
