Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, T[hat] the County Commissioners’ Court of the County of Winnebago, shall cause all those lots or parcels of land, consisting of thirty Acres, and constituting a part of the Town of Winnebago, on which the public square has been located and deeded (in fee simple) by N. Boilvin to the county aforesaid to aid in building the public buildings on the public square in said Town to be sold as they are marked and designated on the plat of said Town, the first sale shall be in the month of June next, and before selling, thirty days notice of the time and place of sale shall be given, and thirty days notice shall be on every given on every succeeding sale, and there shall be a credit given of three, six, nine[,] and twelve months, and all the money accruing from such sale shall be applied by the County Commissioners’ in the erection of the said buildings and to no other purpose, but in accordance1 with an act approved January 16th 1836, and with the requisitions of this Act which is a supplement to the aforesaid act.
