Sec[Section] 1st Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly. That the School commissioner of the County of McLean is hereby authorized to pay out of the money received by him from the School[,] College[,] and seminary funds for the year 1839 the sum of seventy five dollars to the school commissioner of Livingston County or his authorized agent and which money shall be equally distributed for the purposes of education throughout that part Livingston County heretofor forming a part of the county of McLean
Sec 2 The schedules of schools and abstracts from that part of the De Witt County formely belonging to the county of McLean which may be returned to the School commissioner of the county of McLean shall receive thire respective portion the same as if no division of McLean county had been made
