Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the county Commissioners Court of Franklin county, be, and they are hereby authorized to contract with any suitable person for the transcribing into suitable books all deeds and other instruments of writing heretofore recorded in said recorders office and that they be allowed ^to^ pay Such person a reasonable compensation for his Services
Sec 2. The county commissioners courts of the counties of Williamson and Cass, be, and they are hereby authorised to contract with any suitable persons to transcribe into Suitable Books for that purpose all deeds and other instruments of writing heretofore recorded in the Recorders office of the counties of Franklin and Morgan, which ^in^ any wise affect the interest or belong to the Counties of Williamson and Cass and that they pay such persons a reasonable compensation for their services.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
