An act entitled an act authorising the Erection of a bridge across the Saline River
Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That the County Commissioners Court of Gallatin County and their successors in office are hereby authorised to cause a bridge to be erected
across the Saline River, at or near where the State road leading from Golconda to McLeansbough in Hamilton County crosses said river.
Sec 2 Said bridge is to be built a Sufficient height, and the bents a sufficient width,
apart, so as not to obstruct the navigation of said river.
This act to take effect from and after its passage
