An ACT entitled An act authorizing the erection of a Bridge across the Saline River.

Bridge across Saline river.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the county commissioners’ court of Gallatin county and their successors in office, are hereby authorized to cause a bridge to be erected across the Saline river, at or near where the State road leading from Golconda to McLeansborough, in Hamilton county, crosses said river.

Sec. 2. Said bridge is to be built a sufficient heighth and the bents a sufficient width apart so as not to obstruct the navigation of said river. This act to take effect from and after its passage.
