Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the general Assembly That An act entitled an act to locate A state road from Shelbyville in Shelby County by way of urbana In Champaign county to chicago Approved february the 7th 1837 Be and the same is hereby revived
Sec 2 William Purvis of Shelby county And William Rock and Noah Bixler of champaign county Be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners to carrey out the Provisions of the act above refered To in all respects except to Turminate said location at the Shugar grove at the north east Corner of champaign county
Sec 3 Said commissioners shall have untel the first Monday in December next to complete the requisitions said location And make return there of
This act to take effect and Be in force from and after Its passage
