Amend, Sec.[Section] 4. strike out all of said section after the word “Recieved” in 2nd line and insert, viz, for and during the said term of fifteen years the following

Sec. 6. strike out from the word “into” in line 3 to the word “and” in line 8. and insert,
viz, the county treasury of Peoria county the sum of three hundred dollars the first year and each year thereafter the sum
of two hundred dollars, which money shall be expended from time to time without delay
by the county commissioners court of Peoria county to the best advantage in improving and constructing a good road from the south side
of side river out to the high land, making in all for the fifteen years thirty one hundred dollars.
