all ^persons charged with the Commission of any^ crimes committed within the limits of Boundaries of said County since the entry of the certificate of the Clerk of the
County Commissions Court of morgan County provided for in the 2nd section of “An act for the formation of the County of Cass,”, shall be tried in the said County.
