Sec[Section], 1^st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That William Stadden be and he is hereby authorized to erect a Mill Dam across Fox River and on Section Twenty nine Township Thirty four north of Range four east, in the county of Lasalle Provided the said William Stadden shall prior to the erection of said Dam comply with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to authorize William Stradden to erect a Mill Dam, across Fox River approved Feb[February]. 12^th 1833.”
