Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the general Assembly, That all that part of Sangamon county, included in Range one west of the third principal Meridian and lying between the
counties of Logan and Dane, be and the same is hereby declared to belong to, and form a part of the county of
Macon.
