Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the first section of an act, entitled “an act appropriating a portion of the
avails arising from the sale of the Saline lands in Gallatin county to internal improvements,” approved February 16th 1831, approved February 11th 1835, approved 2d March 1837, be repealed, so far as relates to two hundred ^dollars^ mentioned in said act approved 2d March 1837, the first two hundred dollars mentioned in said act shall be expended
as now directed by said act.
Sec 2 And the other part of said appropriation, viz: two hundred dollars, shall be
appropriated to building a bridge across the skillet fork, of the Little Wabash river, at or near Maulding’s mill where the state road leading from Fairfield in Wayne county to Mt. Vernon in Jefferson county crosses said river, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
