Sec 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That the commissioners named in the act, to which this is an amendment, or a majority of them shall proceed to locate said road from Warsaw in Hancock County to Quincy in Adams County, according to the provisions of the act, to which this is an amendment, previous to the first day of August next
Sec 2d Be it further enacted, that so much of the State road from Warsaw in Hancock County to Peoria in Peoria County, as lies between Warsaw and Carthage, in Hancock County, laid out under the authority of an act, entitled, an act to locate a State road from Warsaw in Hancock County to Peoria in Peoria County approved 4th of February 1837 is hereby declared a state road
Sec 3d And the said location and survey is hereby declared to be legal and valid in all respects, and shall not be set aside, or held to be void and of no effect, on account of any informality in locating said road whatever, and the road as laid off and located by the said Commissioners or any two of them shall be opened, worked, and Kept in repair as the law requires
