Resolved, That the Governor of this State be requested to communicate to this House, the vacancies which have occurred during the last year in the office of Judge of Probate in the several counties of this State.2
1On December 30, 1836, William B. Marrs introduced the resolution in the House of Representatives, and the House adopted it. Governor Joseph Duncan responded to the resolution the same day, and the House received it on January 2, 1837.
