The Anna, Illinois real estate firm of Wiley, Phillips, & Dresser consisted of Benjamin L. Wiley, David L. Phillips, and Nathan Dresser. The partnership was in business by late in 1858 and was the successor to the firm of Ashley, Wiley & Company. The firm dissolved in March of 1860 upon Wiley’s retirement, and Phillips and Dresser joined with Cyrus Shick to form the successor firm of Phillips, Dresser, & Company.
