Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly

That John J Glover, George W. Lee, and danial Ferguson, be and they are hereby appointed [Commissioners?] to view[,] survey[,] and locate a State Road beginnin[g] at the town of Munson in La Salle County to [Paw] paw Grove, Plum Thicket, Loblolly to the mouth of Kishswaukee River in Winnebago county, as the same way directed to be laid out by an act passed July 21^st 1837, and thatSimpson Towle [,] John Seymour[,] and John [Emmerson?], be appointed Commissioners to view, survey, mark[,] and locate a state road, leading from Kishwaukee in Winnebago county, thence to intersect the State Road from Bloomingville, to Freeport in Stephenson county, as the same was directed to be laid out by an act passed March 2^nd 1839 and that Nathan T Rosseter, Isaac M. Johnson[,] and Danial Ferguson be appointed commissioners to view. mark. survey[,] and Locate a State Road beginning at M^cCa[rty’s] Mills on Fox River in Kane county from thence to Coltonsville[,] Lee’s Mills to the mouth of the Kishwaukee in Winnebago county as the same was directed to be laid out by an act passed July 21^st 1837.

Sec 2 The allowance to Commissioners and surveyors to be regulated and paid as set forth in Sec 9. of the act passed July 21^st 1837 and the provisions of sec 92 in the same act to be adopted in this.
